PROCEDURES
After an initial contact
with the client, a rough layout of the art and its position on the item is forwarded to our client for approval. The
image can follow a favorite photograph you have or I can create one following your preference using our stock libraries. First
the item is prepared to handle the acrylic paint which is applied. The artist then proceeds to create an actual hand painted
image on the item. Once the art is completed and approved a semi gloss is permanently seal to protect the art is applied.
A certificate stating that indeed the art is that of an original piece of art created and painted totally by my hands only
is included.
FEES
The fee
of an ORIGINAL ONE OF A KIND art piece for a jersey is $500 and $325 for a football or glove.
This fee doesn’t include the item to be custom painted.
Jerseys, footballs and boxing gloves
Clients may provide
the merchandise themselves and which is shipped to my studio directly. I recommend
that the item be sent insured. We also offer our services to locate an item such
as can be a home or always player’s jersey, autographed or non-autographed items.
We also offer authenticate
NFL footballs again autographed or non-autographed. And we have access to professional boxing gloves. The fees for this service
are dependent on the client’s preference and an estimate is provided once the preferences are provided to us.
Schedule and contract of commission.
Once we receive a commission,
a short agreement is forwarded to the client stating the preferences and total agreed fees. Our standard practice at that
point is to receive a deposit consisting of 50% of the total fee and costs. The remaining balance is due when the art is completed
and an image is forwarded the art and item is forwarded to the client for final approval. Once that is the done the remaining
balance is due and payable.
Deposits and balance
Payments can be made through Paypal or can be charged directly once the client provides us with a credit card and authorization.
At that point the item is sent immediately to the client, a tracking number is provided and the item is sent insured to the
preferred shipping address.
Schedule of delivery of work. Once we received the item from either the
client source or through us the schedule of delivering art is as follows.
Hand painted football/ boxing glove- after initial approval of layout 14 to 21 days for competition of art. If
there is a request from the client on slight moderation of final art a delay of 7 -10 days might be required.
